Sofia Apartment

Good location.

They are asking for money after the price was paid. Telling me that I have to leave cash in the apartment for taxes. No papers, no nothing. Even calling me about it. Mention on the website that not all taxes are included, as it was told us.

Very clean and spacious apartment with cooking, cleaning and clothes washing/ironing facilities. The apartment is in a very central location, just a 1 minute walk when you get the airport bus into the city. Highly recommend.

Lovely bright spacious apartment

Entry hallway was unpleasant with lots of bins and litter on floor and stairs.

Location was good.

Apartment was hot and loud. Aircon didn't work upon arrival and there was no aircon or fan in the living/dining room. So windows had to be open which made the apartment loud due to street noise and hard to sleep. No soap for washing clothes.

The location was great and it was clean

It was far too hot. You couldn't turn down the radiator and when I messaged about it they told me to turn it down. They held on to the air conditioner remote too and said when the heat was on there would be no need for the air conditioner. They sent it eventually but I had to ask a few times and ring them too. I was upset as we had no sleep. It was 26 degrees and the heat was on too. We had to be out at 11am and the cleaning woman came at 11:04 and stood outside with a raging face on her. We said thanks and she didn't even look at us. She was really but nice. We were leaving and we left the place spotless with the bins emptied and the dishes all washed. There was no need for her rudeness..

It is located close to the city center. One can walk to strategic points in the city. I will always stay here anytime i am in Budapest. Lovely
