R38 - Artists luxury home

The apartment was very warm, inviting, and well-appointed. David was super good about communicating with me if I had a question, and he goes to great lengths to make one feel at home. The location to sites and areas of interest was ideal. I would lease the apartment again in a second.

Once we got into the place we found it to be very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped but we didn't use it.

My wifi wasn't working when we went to check into the property. I couldn't access the door codes. Had to go to a restaurant to use their wifi to get instructions. Property could have sent me the codes via the booking app. Instead I got a youtube video that I had to download. Very frustrating.

Dejlig stor lejlighed, som lå som den sidste på svalegangen, så man kunne lukke af og have det som ens egen terrasse. Meget vel udstyret køkken, faktisk det mest veludstyret vi endnu har været i af de lejligheder vi har lejet rundt om i Europa. Meget behagelige senge og smukt indrette stue.

Stedet lå lige i udkanten af centrum delen af Budapest, og gik man over på den anden side af vejen og den vej ud af om aften var det med en lidt usikker følelse og man mødte en del hjemløse og nogle narkomaner. Men selve den side lejligheden lå på var ok og lige rundt om hjørnet var der stille og roligt og nemt at gå til gaden med de fine butikker og også nemt at gå ned til gågaden.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet: Ich habe sogar Einrichtungsideen für meine eigene Wohnung mitgenommen. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr einfach und entgegenkommend. Danke, David!

Even though the building looks a bit old from the outside, the inside was well-maintained and everything worked. The apartment was clean, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is providing some basic dispenser with shower gel and small towel for face, which would make it even more convenient for guests.

We love the entire apartment. Decoration, style and everything. Easy to find food in the area and convenient for public transport.

We liked the quirky, artwork and interesting feel to the apartment and were grateful for a lift up to our floor. The room/bathroom arrangement worked out well for three adults and supplied everything we needed

We had some trouble identifying the door and entrance but once we were in it was fine. Perhaps a photo would help.

The apartment is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. I really appreciate the great location—it's convenient and pleasant to be in. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully arranged, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is well-equipped, and all the facilities provided make daily living easy and enjoyable. I'm genuinely happy with the apartment and feel very much at home here.
