Cosy & Central A/C apartment

The location is accessible to places where we wanted to visit.

If the property has a frying pan, chopping board and bigger saucepan for us to cook more if we had a chance for families like us who love to cook even on holidays.

El departamento no está en buenas condiciones, durante mi estancia tuve problemas con la luz

Lugar centrico, con buena coneccion de transporte público. Departamento espacioso Buena sistema de calefacción, fundamental durante los meses de invierno. Buena limpieza al llegar. Anfitrión muy amable. Nos dejo entrar antes de la hora del check in. Las instrucciones de acceso muy claras.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que al ser un departamento antiguo, las cañerías de otros departamentos colindantes suenan demaciado cuando ocupan el baño. Nos costó mantener el sueño, ya que el ruido empezaba desde muy temprano en la mañana.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Apartment war sauber (habe hier schon gegenteiliges gelesen - dem kann ich mich nicht anschließen, habe Aufgrund der Bewertungen extra darauf geachtet)! An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden: gut ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine, extra WC (somit zwei Toiletten vorhanden - praktisch bei mehreren Leuten), TV, Klimaanlage... Wir brauchten nichts davon, da wir tatsächlich nur zum Schlafen in die Wohnung kamen. Es wäre aber alles vorhanden gewesen. Sehr netter (schriftlicher) Kontakt zum Vermieter. Einfacher self check in.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location is also great — there are several shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
