Room was clean and a great location, hosts were extremely helpful and friendly

Heating set at 22⁰c is a little ridiculous and made sleepimg near impossible - unless I opened the window which faced onto the walkaway and had people walking past, which made me feel a little unsafe.

Location is great, metro/airport bus/train station are quite close, lots of good brunch places within 10-15 minutes.

There was a strange smell in the apartment, I cannot really tell what it was, like stale garbage or sewers (although there was no smell in the bathroom itself, only in the main room and trash bin was empty). We aired the room, moved an air freshener from the bathroom and next day the smell was barely noticeable. Maybe it was the smell of the detergent used to clean the apartment. The electric kettle doesn't work. And checking-in process requires installation of the 3rd party app. It isn't mentioned in the ad as it should be.

Per trovare l’appartamento interno abbiamo fatto un rebus, il proprietario nell’e-mail ci ha solo detto appartamento 3, ma per arrivare a capirlo ci siamo fatti tutti i piani😂, alla fine per forza di cose ci abbiamo dovuto parlare al cell per venire a scoprire che dovevamo cercare il 31, inserire un codice per entrare in una Hall e infine trovare l’appartamento 3, poi il riscaldamento a 24 gradi obbligatorio senza possibilità di abbassarlo , diciamo che abbiamo tenuto molto tempo le finiestre aperte e questo dispiace ovviamente perché si consuma inutilmente , comunque struttura pulita e buona posizione , la consiglio
