The staff was more than friendly. Mrs. Helga and her husband were welcoming and available for check in very late in the evening. The apartment was very clean and had everything a traveller needs. The mattresses were very comfortable, the rooms were warm and very spacious. After our check out we had already left Mako when our baby needed to be changed. We called Mrs. Helga and she allowed us to use the apartment from which we had already checked out.

Very welcoming on arrival and helpful to get food ordered even though it was late in the evening. We got stuck at the border and booked last minute and they were extremely accommodating and made our stay as comfortable as possible!
