Cute, new and modern apartment in the center

The stay was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the sink was clogged, the bed was very noisy, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Basic amenities like soap and shampoo were missing. The host later fixed the sink and provided soap, but the mattress issue remained. The kitchen was not clean and the utensils were not in a usable condition. The most serious issue was that there was no water in the apartment for several hours (10:00–15:00). This was not communicated in advance. I only discovered a notice in the building after the issue occurred. The host was slow to respond and did not provide any proper solution or apology. Overall, the apartment did not meet acceptable standards and the experience was not as described.

Veľmi zlá čistota kúpeľne , v umývadle aj v sprche boli chlpy po predchádzajúcich hosťoch ktoré sa tam stále objavovali pre zlý odtok vody a rovnako boli aj v posteli, vŕzgajúca tvrdá posteľ

Excellent location.

It would need a lot of refurbishment (see my photos) in spite of being advertised as new and modern. One of the heaters caused a blackout. Though I reported the problem quite soon, I was without electricity for a whole day. Which means I had to spend a whole day in a dark, cold room (I'm a writer, I usually work at night, I badly needed the light), without the chance to charge my phone. Moreover, my fridge was full (I showed it to the representative of the host, I also took photos to prove it), most of the food went off. On 3 April I asked for some compensation -- I got the response that their team will decide what to do, but I haven't received anything so far. The place was clean except the dishes, they were not thoroughly washed up, there was a sticky layer on some of them. Also, there were huge scratches on the teflon layer of the pan -- it can cause health problems.
