Mivel 4 személyre volt a foglalás az egyik ágykeret el volt törve és nem lehetett használni és a házigazda nem volt hajlandó segíteni,sőt a telefonra se akart felelni.

Location of the apartament is really could say perfect. Around 150 meters from Spar shop and most important a 2-3 minutes from Parlament view! All atractions are around this place of course you need to walk but you will don't regred booking this apratament.

Unfortunately in our apartament bathroom door handle was detached so you will have no private in bigger group. Also lamp by the bed was broken. That are cons all which I found.

Clean, ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCATION, great vibe of the building.

We had to make the bed for our kids. Don't know why - the apartment was ready but not for our kids. We also paid for 4 beds (2 adults and 2 kids) and the bed (unfoldable couch) for kids was too small.

Náš pobyt v tomto apartmáne predstavoval zdravotné a bezpečnostné riziko. Po príchode sme našli zanedbanú budovu a apartmán v katastrofálnom stave: silný zápach vlhkosti a zatuchnutej bielizne Posteľná bielizeň bola špinavá a nepríjemne páchla; všade boli pavučiny a prach. Kuchynské náčinie bolo doslova prilepené na kuchynskej linke špinou. Nasledujúce problémy však boli kritické: V obývačke/spálni bol silný zápach plynu zo starých plynových ohrievačov. Škandalózny prístup: Keď som nahlásil únik plynu, manažérka hrubo odpovedala, že „v Maďarsku je to bežné“. Keď som trval na tom, že je to nebezpečné a požiadal o opravu, stala sa agresívnou a vyhodila nás z apartmánu. 3. Vyhrážky a arogancia: Dostali sme len 19minút na to, aby sme si zbalili veci a odišli. Manažérka sa nám vysmievala a vyhlásila, že si apartmán okamžite prenajme za dvojnásobnú cenu. Dôrazne varujem všetkých cestovateľov: Vyhnite sa tomuto miestu za každú cenu!

The location is good, quite close to the Budapest viewpoint. The area is quiet and well connected by public transport.

From the moment we arrived, communication with the host was nonexistent, both via message and phone call. Although the bed was fine, the main issue was that the sofa, as shown in the photos, was broken, meaning that out of the 4 advertised sleeping places, only 2 were actually usable. Despite reporting the issue to both Booking and the host, we received no solution. The only response we got from Mercedes was “I am sorry.” In the end, we were forced to rent another apartment, with the additional cost and inconvenience this implies. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. Also, be aware that only one photo is advertised.
