Ili apartment

This apartment is just fantastic. The balcony overlooks quite a busy square in which there is a bar serving drinks so it is always extremely vibrant but once you close the balcony doors any noise disappears. I was able to get in to the apartment using a lock box but the host knocked on my door to give me a walk through of the amenities. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I've been coming to Sziget festival in Budapest every August since 2016 and always stayed in different appartments but this was my favorite to date. Can't find any fault to this. Location wise it's good. Very close to the Astoria area but the nearest Metro would be Kalvin Ter (5 minutes walk away). also 5 minutes walk away is a 24 hour tobacco shop and 24 hour supermarket. Internet worked great (388 mbps when I checked). The bed was extremely comfortable. Also, in previous appartments in Budapest I had issues with the shower whereby the water would easily get clogged therefore flooding the bathroom but in this appartment the shower was an actual joy and no such issues

Very good location close to restaurants, bars and other things to do. The apartment was spacious and clean.

A bit hard to find once you’ve entered the gate from the square.

Position and equipment

The apartment is well connected to the Budapest airport and to the city center. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Moreover the hosts are very kind and they gave us precious advices on the area that is very nice.

The appartment was great, exceptionally clean and exceeded by far what you can see in the pictures. The hosts were very nice, easy and fast communication.

Excellent response from host until we reach the room. We liked the neighbourhood. The room is located over a square full of young people all day. Our concern was the parking but the private garage with reasonable daily price and only 2 blocks away (5 minutes walk) solved the matter. Super benefit the room space and the 2 bathrooms. We were a group of 4 and we had plenty of space to leave our stuff and luggage. Erika answered every question about our stay so we didn't have to bother her again. Also there was too much information for sightseeing and places of interest (restaurants, coffe,bars) on a table full of brochures. It is only 5 minutes walk from Astoria point of hop on hop off bus station and same time from Kalvin ter where you can take the metro and go everywhere. If you find it available is for sure value for your money.

There is nothing to mention. Maybe one more TV screen in the bedroom

Ili Apartment far exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Outstanding value and great comfort. It's located off a small plaza on a quiet one-way street, so away from major street traffic. The apartment overlooked a lovely square that appeared popular with locals and college students, but the windows were very effective at blocking any ambient noise. Lots of space for a family, and kitchen amenities were just right. The neighborhood was lovely, nearby colleges, parks, museums, coffee shops, restaurants - everything we could have wanted. Close walking distance to public transport or to major pedestrian and historical areas - we walked everywhere. Better price than other locations we had considered, which (we discovered later) were in less desirable neighborhoods. This was just perfect for us.

Nothing - this was ideal.

The appartament is really clean and spacious. Location is great , everything is close. Neigborhood is nice and there is no disturbing noise. Definately would come here again.
