The unit was decorated very tastefully and inside it was clean. Very modern with most necessities.

The entrance is via the garbage storage area for the building. It was so bad the night I arrived it made my eyes water and my nose burn. My unit was up 2 floors so the smell want as bad but I had to open the window to air it out. Since there was no fan, it took a good day to dissipate. No coffee filter nor French press, only electric water heater. I may have been their problem child because I had problems getting the door to lock/unlock, I didn’t want to break anything so was not turning it hard enough. The exit is tricky to discover but I love a good puzzle so figured it out, this could be added to the guest instructions 😊 There were a few discrepancies between the amenities listed and what was actually provided.

The entrance door should be soundproofed because the noises from the building's inner courtyard disturb rest.

the apartment was cute and cozy. loved the tranquil color scheme and decor in general. it was nice that there was a terrace, but it was a bit too cool and rainy for me to enjoy it. Melinda, the host, was really great at communicating, which was super helpful. The location was great. Super close to so many restaurants, cafes, bars and east walking distance to the Danube and the Buda side.

Nothing really. The building itself looks a bit rundown, but it’s an old building and the neighbors were quiet. I think the only thing I, personally, being a light-sensitive sleeper would be to have some sort of window covering to block the light coming from the windows in the front door.
