Old Drum Residence

The Location is everything! Right in the heart of all the nightlife, clubs, bars & restaurants. The host was very easy to contact via whatsapp and got back to us straight away. The house is lovely and very well kept.

Property in a brilliant location to get to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat and drink around the apartment. Loved having a washing machine and a lounge to relax in. Kitchen has all facilities you would need. The host is very responsive when I couldn’t work the gate. Beds comfortable. Very warm in property.

The gate to the property is loud so you can hear everyone going in and out of the building. Couldn’t work the gate to begin with. Broken panel in bathroom door so no privacy but we informed the host and it had only been broken by the occupants before us. Should have been boarded however as you could be seen and heard when in bathroom. Door to property quite hard to lock on first attempt but ok when used to it.

Location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Budapest.

A glass in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

It was beautiful, warm an clean.

The alleyway it is located in looked a bit dodgy at first but when we entered the apartment it was beautiful.

Location to foods, metro, attractions certainly a plus. We didn’t even need to drive our car during our stay. Our host, Tamaz is so patience and prompt in replying to all my queries.

Not a big deal but it would be good if the shower has a rack or something to put our stuffs while showering.

The apartment is next to 2 night clubs and there was load pumping music from the 90s until 03:00hrs the. You had other noise, due to location younger persons having parties. Would not recommend this place unless your young and drunk, so damper the noise level.

Hot water only

While the apartment complex is old this is a very modern apartment, with plenty of space and comfortably fit three of us. All the furniture and amenities were new. It is located on the ground floor so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs which is a huge bonus in europe. It was great have access to a washing machin and the TV had endless channels in both Hungarian and English. The location is perfect, it is a very vibrant street with plenty of tourist bars, cafes and restaurants at your door step. Definitely recommend and would stay here again++

Nothing

We loved how modern the overall look was, it was comfortable, had plenty of space for all of us (5 people), the kitchen had more than enough appliances to make our stay extra comfortable, the location was close to the metro station, the store and restaurants as it was basically located in the city centre. There was also a cheap parking area nearby that the host recommended to us.

There was nothing negative apart from maybe loud noise from the street during the night as there are many bars and gentleman's clubs nearby, but we easily solved the issue by closing the windows!
