Innova Vision Apartment

Excellent location. Very central, can walk to main sightseeing points and also very close to multiple transportation options. Even though is located in a busy area, the windows are facing the interior of the building so is VERY quiet. Instructions to access keys and doors were very clear. Bed was super comfortable. Owner was in touch and was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean, comfortable and even had wine, tea and coffee available when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen for one or two people for short stay. Good air-conditioning (what's not usual for Budapest) and good wi-fi. The smart TV is small but good enough and with multiple apps to watch. Very good accommodation.

Only downside was that the microwave was not working, but I used the cooktop to heat my food.

The property itself was great. My rating is for the customer service and the user experience with their check in system.

It was well located and clean

The hosts were unhelpful, they were not willing to provide basic amenities such as an iron and ironing board and instead of providing information about where we could find a laundromat they just replied " unfortunately not". It was also really difficult to figure out their instructions to get into the apartment and it was like doing a reverse escape room at 2 in the morning. They also left threats all over the apartment about fines if not quiet etc. while understandable the warnings were our first welcomes to the apartment. The bed is not suitable for anyone who is short and they should provide a stool to get up and down from it. The towels provided were also tiny.
