"Apartamento Cuqui."

Apartamento muy bien situado, cerca de la parada de metro, tren y bus. Estaba muy limpio, tranquilo y calentito. Bonito, todo nuevo.

Las escaleras, son estrechas y cuesta bajar, hay que ir con cuidado.

I liked the location and the way to check in and check out.

​Regarding the staircase: The interior stairs have a significant gradient, making them steep and potentially challenging to navigate for some guests. ​Pest Concern: We observed the presence of cockroaches underneath the living room sofa. This requires immediate attention from pest control. ​Bathroom Fixture Condition: The shower flap (or curtain/door seal) in the bathroom appears to be old, dirty, and is in need of replacement

For that price it is amazing! Great location, clean and nice apartment, easy check in and it has everything you need.

We liked everything, but you must be careful about upstairs - the ceiling is very low.

"Foi o espaço perfeito para as nossas necessidades."

Do que mais gostei foi da localizaçao; transportes, padaria, café e supermercado muito perto do apartamento, e do sossego no meio da cidade. A limpeza e a temperatura interior estavam ótimas.

As escadas eram muito bonitas, mas pouco seguras (muito íngremes com o corrimão a abanar). Não havia cadeiras e garfos para todos.
