Great location, easy check-in, and a good price. The apartment was very cozy with a nice interior design. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was great to have basic things like salt, pepper, and sugar — they really came in handy! We also appreciated the fresh towels and comfortable bedding.

The only downsides were a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom (probably from the sewage) and the water wasn’t very warm. Additionally, we found a suspicious black T-shirt on the mezzanine that didn’t belong to us — it looked like the cleaning wasn’t done very carefully.

We arrived at our apartment, we walked in to see the apartment was not cleaned. It was left from the last guests. Very disgusting and everything was used, cleaners hadn’t been. We traveled from Scotland to London then to Budapest, we arrived in Budapest at 10am and we couldn’t checkin because checkin was at 3PM. We were so disappointed and disgusted. Phoned up NeWave. We got another apartment luckily which was clean and in the same building thank god. (I have inserted photos of how the apartment was left from last guests. And, that’s is what we were greeted with when we got into the apartment) I was actually worried that we had been double booked because there was clothes left behind so we weren’t sure if the other guests had left or were still staying. My boyfriend who I was travelling with for his birthday was so disappointed also and asked for some sort of compensation and he was told no on the phone.

If you’re staying for more than a few nights. I would take your own towels with you because you only get two sets of towels. So, would be ideal to bring your own. However, from our experience I would not recommend booking these apartments. Which is very sad because they’re in such a great location. I know these things can happen but we traveled a whole day to Budapest, just wanted to get into our apartment and shower which we could not do because it was dirty.

Really good facilities, all mod cons, fully kitted-out kitchen, washing machine, nice new furniture...really cozy place!

The location is boring, I have to say. There's not much in the neighborhood, not that many restaurants around. But it's close to a metro station so easy to get anywhere else. And there's a shopping center and a Lidl nearby so you can get anything you want. The bathroom smells bad. That was the only negative about the apartment. It's not that bad, but it is noticeable. I made a mistake coming in. To get to the apartment, they say "take the elevator to the first floor." I walked up the stairs instead of taking the elevator. I didn't realize that there's a mezannine floor! So the first floor you come to is not actually the first floor. I spent about 10 minutes trying to get in the wrong apartment! It was totally my fault. The office answered my panicked email quickly but not my phone call. Don't make this same mistake if you, like me, are a habitual stair-walker.

Location and the type of apartment.

There is a bit of admin on check-in. It coukd be simpler but I guess they are complying with local regulations.

The location is excellent, close to the metro station and to the city center. The only complaint is that the bedding wasn't very clean – it was full of hair. The couch in the living room doesn't have a cover, and it's full of stains and hair. I think they could work on that. Other than that, everything was fine. .

Very good location Fell in love with the sofa we used to rest in between outings which was perfect to relax on it. Heater bathroom was an asset. Kitchen was fully equipped . I had only 2 issues we ran out of toilet paper for 5 days being in 2 i mean only 2 rolls were not enough. And also 2 big bath towels for 5 days were not enough also baring in mind I used to have 2 showers daily and a small hand towel was not enough. I would suggest to leave at least more

It was great for what we needed . Quiet , clean central .
