City Studio Apartment

Очень хорошее расположение. Понравился интерьер. Отличный wi-fi. Продуманы мелочи: есть штопор, ножницы, ручки, швейный набор.

Невероятно грязно. Покрывала, наволочки на декоративных подушках на вид не стирались несколько лет. Огромные залежи пыли на светильниках в ванной, на люстре, розетках, плинтусах, под мебелью. На кухне панель в жирных каплях, микроволновка заляпана. Вся плитка в ванной грязная и покрыта пылью. Унитаз в грязных подтеках. Розетки вываливаются из стены. Я думала, что после отъезда гостей должна проводиться тщательная уборка. Check-out до 11:00, check-in с 15:00, четырех часов для пары клинеров достаточно, чтобы основательно отмыть эту небольшую квартиру

Apartamento muy acogedor, la zona es buena y tiene una parada de metro muy cerca que conecta a toda la ciudad.

El portal es muy antiguo y tiene un bar abajo, por lo demás todo bien

La ubicación del alojamiento es fantástica. Es muy céntrico, nos permitió recorrer a pie toda la ciudad. El anfitrión tuvo un trato muy bueno antes y durante la estancia, nos facilito información de la ciudad, tuvimos una necesidad de mantenimiento durante la estancia que resolvió a la perfección.

El espacio del baño es justo, tuvimos que redistribuir para disponer de mas comodidad. La habitación y sala de estar comparten espacio, pensaba que estaban separadas, aunque no fue un problema durante la estancia.

Exceptional location near the city center and the famous ruin bars, also really close to public transport. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for the duration of our trip. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Overall highly recommend.

Andras is a great host who explained in detail how to do the check-in and was always in touch, even when we had a late arrival. The apartment’s location was excellent, with all the main historical sights about 15–20 minutes away, and it has good transport connections. We especially liked the stove used for heating the apartment.

The bathroom was dirty and there was quite a lot of dust. The cleaning needs to be more thorough. Two single beds were pushed together into one, but two single duvets were provided, which was not very convenient. We did not contact the owner to ask for someone to come and clean, as we didn’t want a someone to be in the apartment while our belongings were there. I think this issue can be easily fixed in the future.
