Goldcentral Apartments Akacfa Studios

Great location, apartment is well laid-out and has most necessary equipment. Good for visitors who will spend most of their time outside and want to only have down time at the apartment. Quick and easy check-in. However, many hose rules to comply with.

1. The hot water did not work (shower turned cold after 2 minutes). To be fair to the host, they did offer to fix it but there was not enough time. 2. The bathrooms extractor fan is very very loud. It can be heard from the bedroom, even if the bathroom AND bedroom doors are closed. 3. There is no-where to place folded clothes - only hanging space. 4. The apartment walls are very thin, so while the apartment block is generally quiet, when neighbors did speak or turn on their television it was easily heard through the walls. 5. The bed is a double bed, but only a single-sized duvet was given. 6. There are many house rules. Some seem fair, like not wearing shoes in the apartment. Others are a bit ridiculous- like not being able to cook greasy food or fish in the apartment. I had no interest in cooking, but the rules were so many it feels like you cannot relax.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and cozy; everything needed was available. The location is very good.

The mattress was not comfortable enough, and the Internet was occasionally interrupted. The owner must solve this problem as soon as possible to make the apartment ideal.
