The place itself was great. The location was good and the place was clean. It has everything you need and the furnishings are modern and functional.

My arrival was confirmed days ahead, but upon arriving at the time (15 minutes early) my apartment was lived in and the male guest within (with probably good reason) closed the door in my face. The staff was not helpful as I could not reach them. I called but only was answered via message 8 hours later after I was forced to wander the streets of Budapest at night until my friend arrived. The answer I received after describing the above situation was "are you sure?" which I most definitely am because if the apartment was accessible I would surely have stayed there and not wandered outside in minus degrees looking for alternative accommodation. There was a very strong perfume/colone scent left behind, which smelled very manly. Not sure if its a cleaning product or if it is residue from the previous guest.

the interior was very clean and had a lovely design. LOVED the shower and upstairs bathroom facility.

The bed sheets were so old that the material had fabric bobbles on it. This made the bed very itchy and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Central location, comfortable bed, smart TV, modern, as advertised.

The sensor in the bathroom turns off the light after 3 seconds. The front door was complicated to lock.
