Such a cozy apartment in an absolutely perfect location!

The bath machine had a bit of trouble — the water took longer than expected to heat up.

Great location for visiting Budapest, very close to the city centre. 3 beds (1 not too comfortable). Keys in locked box, very easy to collect and return. I guess in the summer it might be very nice place to stay.

Specific smell in the room, and - what has the biggest impact to our low ratings - mold on the walls and around the windows (see pictures). The host should do sth with this issue, he shouldn't rent the room in such poor condition :/

The location is great, lively neighbourhood in the Jewish quarter. Close to tram stops and supermarkets. Recommend “my little Melbourne cafe”.

1. Bed is situated against a wall that has the plumbing for the higher units- you hear the flushing of toilets and shower. 2. There is black mould in the bedroom and front entry from poor insulation/ airflow. 3. The TV flickers with colour distortion. Randomly turns on- we had to unplug it at the wall. 4. Air conditioner doesn’t turn on with supplied remote which doesn’t match the brand of the unit. 5. Leg of couch fell off when we sat down. 6. Toilet seat had spilt in it and would pinch. It later completely broke. 7. Living area radiator makes loud banging and clicking sound which meant we had to turn it off to sleep. 8. Cobwebs above bed and dirt in most corners throughout the apartment, other guest’s hair. 9. Lounge room rug is filthy/ full of stains. 10. The bathroom cabinet is water damaged, laminate peeling and drawer fell off. 11. No dishwashing tablets provided. No plug for kitchen sink. No tea towels. No smoke alarm. No tea or coffee machine as listed. 12. Empty condom wrapper under drawer of bed. 13. Outlet in bathroom wasn’t working so meant we had to unplug the hot water system to use the washing machine, meaning we then didn’t have hot water. 14. Pillow was terrible. Very thin duvet cover provided with no extra options for warmth. 15. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and eventually became completely blocked. 16. A four day stay with no contact from host or option for house cleaning/ fresh towels. 17. It was impossible to shower without water going everywhere. Shower head connection squirted and leaked.

I’m glad that I’ve chosen this property as it’s tick all my boxes. Star with location few steps to 100e bus to the airport, easy check in and out, very quiet and you have everything you need in the flat . Very spacious and clean . Extremely recommended 👍.

Bedding are bit dated so new pillows and duvet will be perfect.

The location was very good.

We needed accommodation for 4 adults. The double bed was fine, while the second bed was broken. The armchair was also broken. This accommodation can only accommodate 2 people.

Keybox was detached from the wall and there were lighting fixtures that were also loose from the ceiling in the bedroom

The apartment is definitely very cute with a good atmosphere. Excellent for a small family or couple. I would definitely rate 10 or 5 stars but the cleanliness and the lack of care let down a lot.

In general the apartment was filthy. All the kitchen cupboards were dirty. Dishes were not washed properly, all utensils were dirty and with stains and grease. The stove was ridiculously filthy. No amenities in the kitchen such as kitchen paper, kitchen towel, sugar, tea or the basic such extra detergent, sponge and cleaning products. Not enough utensils for cooking as well. The living room has a couch with a broken leg, the carpet was filthy and has dirty stains. The TV was not working during the stay, it was not possible to connect channels or the internet at all. The sofa bed is broken, one side is comfy but one of the sides has one part lower than the other making it very uncomfortable. The toilet has a washing machine but no washing liquid as amenities. The boiler it was the very down part of the house. We were four people in the house - 2 adults and 2 kids. Showers had to be very fast because it seems the boiler works only from 1am until 7am on thermostat. Must have a quick shower and wash dishes with cold water. We were 5 nights in the house and there were no extras linen, extra towels or even toilet paper. We had only 2 toilet paper for 4 ppl for 6 days. I bought myself detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products for the kitchen etc. Again, the apartment is very nice and comfy but these things let down a lot. 👎🏼
