Glam Downtown Apartments

L'appartamento è stato accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone e relativamente economico.

Lo staff non ha risposto ai vari messaggi di richieste fino ad un paio d'ore prima del check in. Impossibile lasciare i bagagli prima di poter soggiornare. La struttura esterna dell'edificio è al quanto pericolosa e obsoleta. Pulizia della camera non ottima come dovuto.

The only positive thing about this apartment is the location. Everything else was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.

The building entrance and staircase are very old, dirty, and honestly unpleasant. It smelled strongly like a toilet, and there was even urine around the stairs. The elevator was also not working during our stay which was mentioned in the reviews like a year ago and we were informed for that on the day of arrival.. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned, there was dirt in the corners, stains on the bedsheets..also even it looks like a new apartment in the old building there was a smell in the toilet and smelled very old in the bedroom. The worst part was the noise. Even with the windows fully closed, it felt like they were open. You can hear everything from outside, and people were partying until 4–5am, making it almost impossible to sleep.Also since it was a bit cold and windy when we were there you could really feel the wind from the window next to the bed.. We also contacted the number provided in case we needed any help or assistance and simply asked for a few extra towels, but our message was seen and ignored. After reading previous reviews, I hoped these issues had improved, but unfortunately they were all still true.
