Glam Downtown Apartments

Mnóstwo knajp, sklepów na ulicy na której znajdował się apartament. Klimatyzacja w apartamencie działała poprawnie, wygodne łóżko i co do samego apartamentu wszystko raczej było w porządku poza szczegółami.

Głośne imprezy w nocy (obok jest klub), z parkingu można skorzystać tak jak było napisane w godzinach 8-22 aczkolwiek maksymalna długość postoju wynosi 3h, kontakt z właścicielami bardzo trudny, w kamienicy nocują bezdomni oraz jest bardzo obskórna natomiast w Budapeszcie to podobno standard. Lodówka w apartamencie mroziła zamiast chłodzić.

The apartment is in a great location in the old center of Budapest, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife attractions. Accessing the apartment was flawless with the provided instructions, overall clean and quiet despite the noisy neighborhood.

I would expect better quality for towels and the right amount for stays longer than 2 nights. I have been provided only with shower towels.

It was more than enough for what we needed and the room itself was tidy.

The staff clearly can't communicate in English and I had absolutely no help when my token wasn't working and I couldn't unlock the door to the building.

Apartment is small, but nice and clean. You can cook there, however there was missing cloth and sponge to wash the dishes. Despite that I put 7 as a review since we love Budapest and the location is great, but my sister had a better apartment for even better price.

The flat is located in a great neigbourhood, however when you enter the building, it looks like a squatt. There is a mess all over the building, plastic bags, cigarettes, even a toothbrush was on the stairs. Elevator is not working and looks 100 years old. You need to go by stairs which is 3 floors(1 floor=3 sets of stairs= lots of stairs). Old people would die. Also you can hear a huge amount of noise from the street.

the building inside is all and gloomy, didn't feel secure to come back late but nothing bad happened. The coffee machine didn't work.

The location was good, conveniently close to nice restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafés. It was also just a 10-minute walk to the opera.

Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find the building in very poor condition. The room was on the third floor, but unfortunately, the elevator was not working, and we were not informed about this in advance. Since the room was on a high floor and the elevator was not working, we had to carry our suitcases up three floors. When we reached the room, we found the key on the door instead of in the key locker box. While the room appeared recently renovated, it was not clean. There were urine stains on the toilet and hair on the sheets, pillows, and in the bathtub. We contacted the host, and after two hours, someone came to clean the room. However, even after the cleaning, hair was still present in some areas. While we appreciated the effort, a clean room upon arrival is something guests should expect. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations.

Location was nice.

We came late in the evening, our room was dirty and bed/linen was used by previous guests. The owner didn't reply on the phone, and it was too late to find another solution. Luckily, we found a wardrobe in the hallway and changed linen ourselves and took other towels as the ones in the room were full of black and yellow stains. I asked the next day that someone pass by pick up dirty linen and clean, and owner said someone passed by (owner started to respond messages only after booking called them), however when we returned old dirty linen and bunch of hair was still on floor, meaning no one was there. The owner told Booking that they fixed the issue. However, that was not true. If we knew that this would all happen, we would leave the first night. The owner is dishonest and did nothing for us (we even had to buy toilet paper ourselves!) Price was a bit higher than some other places I was checking, so I had some expectations, but this place didn't even satisfy the principal one - Cleanliness! Just to mention that this was a surprise trip for my Girlfriends birthday. You can just imagine how she felt and how was our overall experience...

We especially liked the location, we walked to everywhere. Very good location and comfortable accomodation.

I don’t have any bad words, we enjoyed our stay

Everything was great. Apartment was modern, clean, safety and very good location.

Sparkling clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Well located in the Jewish quarter, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars and nightlife popular areas. 10-15 min walking time to the city center. Self-checkin with clear instructions.

It would have been exceptional if the towels were better quality.
