La vicinanza a un supermarket e al Danubio.

Le stanze erano sporchissime. Doccia e vasca nere. Coperte e lenzuola sporchissime. In uno dei due appartamenti abbiamo trovato formiche e la sporcizia era ovunque ed esagerata. La struttura era fatiscente. Aprire i rubinetti significava allagare il bagno. Quando ho esposto questi problemi al proprietario, ha visualizzato il messaggio senza mai rispondere.

easy to access, cozy, spacious, well heated during winter, very soft bed, friendly host, good location, nearby restaurants, bakeries, places to have great breakfast, less touristy than first district

These are not negatives, but there's room for little improvements, so please take it as a hint: only one big towel per person (but I guess I could simply ask for more) and that there's only one pillow per person on the bed (I'd prefer the option to have a big one and a smaller one) but also that could have been managed by the host I think.
