"Very good apartment, but ..."

The apartment is very well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent

We arrived late (about 22:00), but this would not have been a problem because of the key safe. On entering the apartment it was 17 degrees (we were with children). Perhaps even that would not have been a problem in itself, but the air conditioners for heating were terribly poor. At midnight we did not want to bother the landlord as we did not think we could get effective help so suddenly. By midnight we managed to get the temperature up to 19 degrees, but it was still not comfortable, we were cold. Obviously, everyone has different needs when it comes to the temperature of an accommodation, but I don't think 17-19 degrees is acceptable for any reason. If the heating can be sorted out, then this is a perfect apartment.
