The location is good.

(1) the heater are broken and leaking water. (2) their should be extra blanket. (3) the pillows are very uncomfortable (4) toilet paper too little. (5) it will be nice to have few bottles of water, when people check in could be later to go outside buy water.

The apartment is cozy and clean. Location is perfect right in the city center.

Location was fantastic. Seconds from the Christmas markets and we could walk everywhere.

The location

The cleanness should be improved, there is dust on the sofa, there is oil stains on the table glass, there are hairs on the bathroom floor. The opposite unit is under construction, this is not pre-informed.

Spacious. Close to the activities. Did offer a partial refund for out of order washing machine.

Heating control hard to figure out. Had to mop the bathroom floor by ourselves everyday so it’s not flooding too bad.

Big apartment, great location...steps to the Bazilica, restaurants , bars , atractions.
