Beautiful and bright apartment

Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata del tram e a diversi supermercati. Appartamento al sesto piano con ascensore, spazioso con grande soggiorno e cucina attrezzata di microonde, bollitore, pentole e tutte le cose base. Bel bagno con doccia grande, lavatrice funzionante, molte prese di corrente, wifi funzionante, fornito stendino. Al piano di sopra le stanze sono comunicanti, letti abbastanza comodi.

All'ingresso del condominio c'è una doppia porta in cui probabilmente tengono la spazzatura, si sentiva un forte odore. L'appartamento era pieno di polvere in diversi punti, l'asciuga capelli non funzionava, alcune pentole erano sporche, in alcuni pensili della cucina si sentiva odore di spezie e le scale per andare alle stanze sono piuttosto ripide.

Jó elhelyezkedés, csendes környék, közelben kávézók, éttermek, élelmiszerbolt.

Piszkos, rossz szagú, nem cserélt ágynemű, foltos lepedő, a nappaliban a klíma nem működött (a hálóban igen), a konyha felszereltsége szegényes.

Location was perfect.

Housekeeping was miserable. The apartment was extremely dirty with signs of molds/cobwebs everywhere. The furnitures were very old and cleanliness was very bad. When we checked in @3pm, it wasn`t cleaned and there was dust everywhere. Toilets/bedding/washing machine/sofa were very bad/dirty. The owner should look into this urgently. After complaining to him, he sent someone, who just mopped the toilet floor and left without cleaning the rest of the apartment. The bedrooms were in the attic with an unstable sort of stairway, dangerous for older/children. Fridge not working well and wasn`t cleaned with spoilt food already there from before. Not recommended at all!

It is in a great part of the city, next to a park, very calm and quiet; we could also park on the street. The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit and welcoming, the views from both sides were cool as well. Bed is comfortable and overall it’s well accomodated, the only thing lacking was some soap in the bathroom.

There was a minor inconvenience with the check-in. First we did not get the check-in info because they did not see our email, then the keys were in the wrong key-safe. We had to wait ~30 minutes before we could access the apartment, and we were in a hurry for a concert, so the situation was not very ideal. But the lady on the phone was kind and did everything to help us.

A lot of space and it was clean

Living room and joining kitchen area was very spacious

Bedroom was in the attic with a very unsafe flight of stairs in the living leading to the bedroom. No banister on one side and wobbly as she reach the top. Heating was not working properly. Fridge wasn't working. Bathroom mould on shower sliders. Cupboards tidy especially in bathroom. The area fair walk to nearest restaurant and bar. Shops shut early. Bit of distance from city center. I had to throw food away because the fridge wasn't working. Got new one but by then I was leaving next day. The keys in a lock across the road by a fence??? I slept in the living on sofa. The sofa bed didn't pull out . Didn't feel safe walking up stairs to the attic to sleep in the 'bedroom' sheets wasn't clean either.
