K95 Apartment - Budapest

Lokatie kort bij het centrum en gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Ruim appartement met 2 grote slaapkamers & 2 badkamers. Wifi ontvangst & snelheid goed. Lift werkt zonder problemen. Geen geluidsoverlast. Voldoende winkels (Lidl en bakkers) in de buurt.

Het gebouw is oud, waterschade in de gang en deur naar de binnenkoer sluit niet. Het apartement zelf is OK qua grootte maar er waren allerlei kleine problemen. Rolluiken werken niet, geen keukenhanddoek of vaatdoek, geen afwasmiddel, geen badmat, geen koffiemachine (ook al staan er 2 lege dozen van koffiemachines), waterketel waarop deksel niet past, geen algemene benodigdheden zoals peper, zout, olie, ... De boiler moesten we elke keer weer herstarten vooraleer te douchen. Kraan los in de badkamer, regendouche volledig verkalkt. Naar Budapest keren we zeker terug, naar dit appartement niet meer.

Location was not bad at all and it feels like good value for money and its comfortable enough

- Lacking basic amenities. Only 1 towel, which was actually a bit torn and when i queried nothing was done about it. Only after check in, i saw a note that you can get extra towels at a cost. - Could do with an additional pillow - Could better explain amenities, i found the washing machine and potable aircon on the last day (doubt it worked) - walls were a bit dirty but this could previous visitors fault and not enough time to fix - maybe provide a bar of soap/shower gel

Apartament jest bardzo duży i wygodny. Gospodarz jest troskliwy, pomocny, udziela szczegółowych instrukcji odnośnie zameldowania.

Gospodarz ma do popracowania nad czystością bo w apartamencie po kątach walały się tumany kurzu. W apartamencie niestety jest głośno bo znajduję się przy ruchliwej ulicy.

The stuff was rude and impolite

Great size, good location, staff keep in contact but not too much.

Needs more towels and or bigger. Low on toilet paper, but easily solved with a walk to the shop.

I should have focused on the email and not the app for check in. I thought that was the way to communicate further after the check in via the app. The person that helped us was on time when we arrived though.

Hoped the person that checked us in gave more info about the appartment appliances.

Beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were great. Two rooms en-suite with hairdryers. Super location, main spots were walkable and well served by public transport. Lidl and local supermarkets within 2-3 min walk too.

It would have been handy to have a code to get in the main door or two sets of keys.
