BpR Downtown Gemstone Apartments

The apartment is excellent, the location is great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was good. The apartment had potential and was a good size for a short stay. Was close to the a lot of restraunts to eat

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor. There were thick layers of dust on the walls, a broken contact lens left on the floor, what looked like blood or splatter marks on the wall, hair on the bedding and stained drinking cups. We were travelling with our 3-month-old baby so hygiene was very important, and the condition of the apartment was far below what we expected. Sink was clogged up. Old tea bags on the floor. There was a nasal spray in the sofa bed from someone else that had stayed there. The dust build up on the wall was a major concern for us as we had a 3 month old with us. Since we have been back in the UK he has become sick which has raised further concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment.
