The flat was clean, in a fantastic location, and large enough for our family.

Communication with the host was a bit off, which I’m not sure if this was a booking.com issue or not. However, we did not receive checkin information until I messaged whilst nearby the flat. It was quickly fixed, but was a bit panic inducing at the time.

Home is beautiful, I recommend it and I will definitely come back again

The host is super helpful and very responsive via booking, via whatsapp and even phone call. The apartment is the in very old and beautiful house. Got little bit confused which door is entrance to apartment, but with host help figured it quickly. We stayed 5 people. Two separate rooms and living room. Kitchen has all utensils. Apartment has two bathrooms - very convenient traveling with bigger group. The apartment has sauna- for additional cost. Important information for those who are traveling with the car. Budapest is extremely strict in regards parking. For parking I used Parkl app- please note that this Apartment is in zone A; therefore, parking is only allowed for three hours. I used the app and risked - I renewed the parking each three hours. On National holidays parking is free. I saw car tires locked who parked in the wrong place. Be careful not to park on parking places with the red dots (next to apartment)- these are only for residents. If you park there, your car can be towed by authorities! All sings are in Hungarian - very confusing than you try to park in the right place. Overall- very beautiful apartment. Recommend to choose to get old town city vibe with modern apartments.

Big space. The bathtub.

When I arrived at night, which was communicated in advance, there were no lights in the entrance to the building. No lights, and very very dark. The instructions should be more detailed for how to find lights to enter up stairs and try to find the apartment, as it’s not obvious. Then upon entering I immediately noticed there was no sheet for the beds. Only a bottom sheet. The blanket to cover you is like 5 feet long, and maybe 12 inches wide. So maybe made for half a person, And was stuffed with cotton balls basically. Then I noticed that there were No Real Pillows for a bed. They were throw pillows. The pillows were the cheapest of cheap junk from IKEA gauze stuffed with cotton balls. The bed and most likely the crap pillows hurt my back for days. Then the sauna that was advertised and pictured was not working. So all I ask is BASIC LISTED AMENITIES on the apartment be present. Upon waking there was NO RUNNING WATER. So after a full day travel I could not shower. The worst part is the owner did not respond to my message for about 8 hours after I let them know and wanted to have answers. As of this wasn’t enough, there WAS NO WATER again the next day. Unacceptable. The worst part of the poor communication. I am reasonable and if I knew in advance would have planned better. I do not know how this has good reviews. The bed is terrible and the missing pillows and sheets is unacceptable. I am not the most picky person. All the furniture is junk from ikea so rich owners can push out locals and rent out junk to tourists.

Spacious, clean and modern flat. Easy to check in. Nice area.

Infrared cabin was not working. Out of order. We booked to have an infra red cabin, so that info upfront would have been great. But, if its broken its broken. The neighbours were complaining about the noise from our apartment twice. Even the police was called! We didn't party. We didn't play music. The complaints were at 21:00 and 23:00 on a weekend.. That made us feel very uncomfortable. We booked an apartment for 5 people.. When 5 people talk there is noise...... Maybe better for a cpuple or if you only stay inside. . The rest was nice 👍

Nice, clean and modern appartment. Ideal for a bigger family.

No showerhead holder. There is a coffe machine but was no sugar in the appartment.

Great location, very spacious, nicely decorated, good value for money.

Check-in can be improved with self-check-in. The pillows are really not comfortable, super thin, also need some improvement with basics in the kitchen (salt, paper, olive oil).
