"Very dissapointing!"

Nothing!

-(Too) long waiting for getting the room key. We waited almost an hour in non-aircon lobby, which made us sweating a lot and stressful -Aircon in one room didn't work -Drainage in the bathroom didn't work properly -Towels smelled really bad
