Well equipped kitchen. Room is un good condition. Nice swimming pool. Unlimited drinking water in your room. WiFi was fine. They also provide you a washing machine for free. Located near Sanur beach, which is clean and good for swimming during high tide. Also you can take a trip to Nusa penida island from Sanur. If you do not want to rent a motorbike, you can travel via local busses to Kuta, Denpasar, Ubud (costs only 4400 rupees), bus stops are located nearby and marked on the road.

Location is rather far from the beach, good supermarkets and cafes (about 2 km).

The owner made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. The room was clean and really spacious for the price. The villa has a lovely pool which gets a lot of sun and is great for sunbathing :) A huge bonus for me was fast wifi as I work online. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make a meal at home. A very family friendly environment, so expect children. There are supermarkets close by, as well as a few restaurants and cafes.

For me as I don't rent a bike whilst in Bali, the location was the only downside although if you don't mind walking for 20 mins or so this will be grand for you.

Good place near the beach. Swimming pool is a bit small, but is clean and enough for few people. The place is an excellent choice for families with children.

A man at the villa is very polite , helpful and amazing. The room size and facilities are worthy for the price

the location quite difficult to find or notice

Fantastic place to stay. big rooms good wifi good air con. get all the sport on tv. clean pool. Get to meet Newman who is quite possibly the the nicest person you will meet in Bali. walk out the front turn left and within 50 metres a small warung and a large supermarket, would be approximately 10 restaurants western and local. you are in the busy back streets and feels very safe Friendly to walk around. would definitely suit better if you had your own motorbike.

can’t say I did not like anything considering the price you pay. remember you are not paying for the Hyatt Regency 😊
