The facilities are spacious and clean. I liked that there was a water purifier with hot water. It was nice that the Braga Street was close by

The alley leading to the accommodation is a little scary at night.

Die Wohnung ist relativ sauber und relativ vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt Herd, Waschmaschine und Balkon. Es gibt zwei ganzwertige Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Man kann die touristische Bereiche zu Fuß oder innerhalb weniger Minuten mit Auto oder Motorrad erreichen.

Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr zusammengewürfelt und nicht alles ist gemütlich, z.B. die Korbmöbel in der Wohnküche. Die Einrichtung ist nicht ganz vollständig (es fehlen z.B. Frühstücksmesser in der Küche) und nicht alles ist immer sauber. Es waren beispielsweise Wasser/Kalkflecken in der Dusche. Die Betten könnten ruhig etwas breiter sein.

Hard to beat for price, location and facilities. We used the gym and pool and apartment balcony every day, the restaurant on the ground floor is great, and it is just a short stroll to Braga St cafes. The apartment building itself is pristine and the people are lovely - especially the cleaning staff.

My partner thought the bed was a bit hard ! And sometimes we’d hear a passing train at night, if its horn blew - but not every night(or we got used to it).

Centrale ligging met alles op loopafstand of met de taxi diensten. Prima eenvoudige kamer voor niet meer dan 2 personen.

Ten opzichte van het hotel is de kamer gedateerd. Kamer geboekt voor 3 personen, maar dan moet de derde persoon op een slaapbank. Hier is echt niet op te slapen. Moest deze zelf opmaken. Deken en laken lagen in de kast. 3e handdoek ontbrak, alsook een kussen. Na contact wel de we wel een derde handdoek gekregen, naar er was geen derde kussen... Na een onrustige nacht, een ander hotel geboekt.

I have stayed for 3 days in Apartemen Tera Residence with my family, the ambience of the room was really cozy and homey. Both of my children loves it due to they could see train and night city view from the balcony. The existing facilities are extraordinary. Fastest wifi, hot water on both bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, electric stove, cooking utensil, drinking water dispenser (hot and normal), AC in both room, additional bed (futon), hairdryer, iron, and prayer tools (sajada, mukena, sarung and alquran) Location of apartement near to Braga, Taman Lalu Lintas, and others place especially if you love to try street food around the place. Owner and co.host really helpful and communicative. Staff of apartement are friendly and helpful especially parking team. Swimming pool available in this apartment on 6th floor, Alfamart on G floor, and Dapur 33 on G floor (they can delivery to our room)

In this apartment parking was count per hour (3,000 IDR per hour) however they have maximum rate per day is 15,000 IDR. So if you frequently in and out from parking lots better to take parking packet 30,000 IDR per day, but if your car stay in apartment better to take flat parking per day 15,000 IDR per day (max.rate per day)
