Nothing, we have been ripped off and taken advantage of.

We should have been taken to the accomodation that was advertised and that we had booked through booking.com. We were taken to a completely different accomodation to what was advertised which was extremely dirty and unsafe. It cost us $1008AUD to stay 1 night and have our not even 2 year old son be bitten by bed bugs. It is also extremely disappointing for booking.com to only offer $143AUD in compensation, I am still waiting for a reply from booking.com in regards to this matter of compensation. Thanks booking.com it is nice to know that 10 days after you refused our refund I have checked the listing and notice you have removed the 42 reviews and 9 star rating and only left my 1 bad review. The property description has also changed significantly, clearly you have recognised a fraudulent listing but still refuse to refund my money. Please explain? You may also want to have all the property images changed to images of the actual property too.
