Clean, well equipped apartment. The location is good although walkable to eateries & Nagoya shopping but we choose to Grab. Did not use the apartment facilities. Ms WiWi is very accommodating & responsive. Checking in & out was a breeze. Clear instructions of usage & surroundings. Definitely well worth & will return.

The sofa could be more comfortable. 😜

The location is good, very central, only a few minutes walk away from shopping malls, spas, food courts and restaurants. The host, Wiwi, sent me a message giving me all the details I needed and on picking up the key (which was very fast, easy & convenient) there was only one key, I said I needed 2 keys, and the guy at the desk made a quick phone call and by the time the lift reached the 12th floor, there was a girl waiting for us with the second key. Brilliant service. Also, in the room there were 2 cup noodles a couple of snacks and bottles of water, this was really appreciated after a hard night out on the town. Thanks again Would definitely return.

There was only one minor issue, I could not get the air con below 23 degrees, I prefer a bit cooler, but other than that everything was fantastic.

Have Netflix but no free access. Owner should include that too. Another small issue, spotted a small cockroach at the pantry. Hehe
