The property is in a fabulous location if you have transport. I really enjoyed being away from the hustle of Kuta and Legian, but close enough to pop in anytime.

It was very difficult to communicate with anyone as English was minimal. We had to communicate via Bookings messenger. Our apartment was very dark, little windows with no outlook at all. When I read other reviews talking about how dark it was, I thought that wouldn’t bother me, keeps things cool. However it was depressing, you never saw another person. The stairs up to the loft bedroom were extremely steep, with a railing only on the wall side, which made it worrying going up and down. Limited appliance / pots & pans. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced, we bought our own. When we arrived we were told we need to pay for power and fresh water. This was not mentioned on Bookings.com, I mentioned this to the person at reception and we weren’t charged.

The safe was making loud sounds all night, aswell as the ac.

They did not fumigate the place with us inside for around the first 10 days of our trip. It was relatively quiet. Air conditioners worked. Washing machines worked. WiFi was reliable.

The number one reason I would suggest no one ever stay here (and perhaps Booking.com remove this place) is that they fumigated the building with no warning, while we were STILL INSIDE. If either of us develop rare aggressive cancers in the next 10-15 years, we know who we will sue. We were breathing in toxic pesticides for 5 minutes; first in our room until we noticed there was smoke/fog pouring in and then outside when we evacuated. Stafg did not understand what our problem was. I still have half a mind to demand a partial refund as we left about 3 nights early - knew we could not sleep in a room with everything covered in pesticides. Before this is denied I have photographic evidence. Aside from that: - You cannot walk anywhere because packs of dogs will hunt you. Need a taxi or motorbike to get places without risking rabies etc. - All the linens were horribly stained with previous peoples.. liquids? They need to throw it all out and get fresh linens. - the shower curtain is half orange and atrocious. It's clearly never been changed in how ever many years since this place opened. I have pictures. It was revolting. - there were some dead cockroaches on the floor when we first checked-in

The design of the rooms and furnitures are exquisite. Checking in and out is a breeze. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Location. In hindsight, we should have rented a car.

Very comfortable home with all the necessities! Ruang Tekuni were very understanding when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly. A huge thanks to the team for accommodating us!
