"Worst ever experience"

Location - outside the property was good Unit was not clean. it was bare minimum cleanliness was maintained by the property.

It is one of the worst ever experience stay in Jakarta. The property owner has illegally rented the unit. He contacted the lead guest to follow the steps to avoid being present in person to present the key to guests. Later he will send message that the guest should be educated enough if they are coming from developed countries to follow the instruction to open the unit themselves where as he voluntarily reached out to guest to prompt that it is illegal unit. The unit is allowed to rent only on monthly basis instead of daily rental. I will not recommend the unit to Booking.com customers. The unit owner only stated clearly that he will get fine slip if the property management find out that unit is rented on daily basis.
