Lily by Kozystay - Kuningan

The room facilities were taking good care of. TV had Netflix and YouTube. There was plenty of drinking water provided. Also soap and shampoo.

The location is bad. The building is very old. The bathroom extremely small.

Very clean and comfortable Apartment. The staff was also very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I will gladly come again here 🙏🏼😊

- Very Spacious. Large rooms - Air-conditioning was top notch - Good Inhouse gym and pool facilities - Nice area (Though the immediate surroundings are a bit suspect)

- The bathroom was surprisingly very small compared to the size of the apartment. - No convenience stores nearby - They have a deposit charge (which is ok to charge) but they'll tell you this on the day of your arrival via the booking . Com messenger and it is incredibly difficult to keep a track of messages and communication as they will not tell you the exact location of the apartment or how to access it till you make the payment. I dont understand why this couldn't have been settled via an earlier communication? - Since this is a managed apartment by KOZYSTAY - and there are quite a few in the area, they also won't tell you how to get to the right location. You might end up going around in circles trying to figure out the right building. FYI this particular apartment is in Kuningan Place Apartments. - Talking to their helpline folks made me feel that they lacked empathy.

Location is best for me. Very clean over all (accept the mold on bottom of shower stall) Laundry washer included Water dispenser ,hot, med,cold water Nice gym and I was the only one using it for days. Streaming TV with full on WiFi. Cleanliness was great

Mold in shower stall. The hall way and basically the building is old and needs major freshing up.
