"Very spacious and convenient."

Very big and spacious. Good amenities. Good location and walking distance to 2 shopping malls. Just 5-7 minutes away by foot. Nice and clean swimming pool. The landlord is very attentive and friendly. The bed and pillows are also very good.

AC in the living room is not powerful enough. Lights in the bathroom is a bit dim.

The location is good, walking distance from a big mall. The host was very responsive. The apartment is spacious

Kitchen appliances and utensil are not in good condition. The apartment is not well maintained - some of the wall paper were peeling and showed not being maintained properly. The sink was clogged when we arrived. The host had to send a technician to fix it. Floor was not cleaned properly (we found hairs and dusts accumulated in some corners)

The building is not new, I guess ist 20 - 30 years old but very well maintained. The common areas (lobby, pool, gym...) are very good. The personell ist wery friendly and competent.

The apartment itself deserves a renovation. The double beds are relatively small.

"If you’re going for the best"

The best service, privacy in luxury, a good gym and just a walk away from Lippo mall. A no brainier if you’re looking for an accommodation for visiting or working in JKT

The location is good and very convenient. 2 malls at the area within walking distance and a hypermart. Thankful for the hosts to allow us to check out late since our departure flight is delayed.

When we arrived the floor was wet, presumably the leak from the water dispenser. We didn't find the hairdryer too and had to request for it and we weren't pleased and it was really late due to flight delays and we just wanted to rest early. The back door of the house is broken too (we didn't feedback on this), a slightly harder push would open with door and we realised this because we came back to an open back door on the first night. We locked our luggage everyday since then.

Location is prime near to several malls. Easy access to city or toll road.

Just minor comment, rooms are facing sunlight, it will be better if the AC can be set colder
