Beautiful inside and only 8 guest houses. Staff were great and checkin and out was easy. Location is great right in the centre of Perernan. Wifi is good and beds are comfy.

For the price expected everything to be perfect. Shower pressure wasn’t the greatest. The toilet was leaking and bathroom smelt a little bit, also lots of mosquitoes get inside.

This is a new villa but few damages already, it's missing stuff like a wardrobe, glasses, and tea/coffee. There are also stains on the wall and sofa, and a constant smell coming from the bathroom. It is built cheap and you can definitely see faults.

Nothing. The whole experience was awful. I checked in at 11pm - and I checked out by 9am the following day. My initial reservation was for 3 nights... the room was dirty and disgusting. Even the staff who I flagged this with said they did not get the necessary clean sheets / equipment from management to do their job. They offered me another room and it was just as bad so I moved hotels.

There was bad damp in the bedroom and bathroom The pillow cases, bed sheets and duvet cover were all dirty and stained - and not even lightly dirty or stained / small marks. It looked like someone had wiped their bum with the towels. The location of the hotel is at a very busy intersection so good luck sleeping / relaxing in the pool. There is continuous noise The staff on site were not able to do anything other than change sheets etc, but the replacement sheets were also incredibly old and worn - even though they said they were "new". At a minimum you expect any hotel to be clean and sanitary - this was not. I left the hotel about 8 hours after checking in at 11pm, they took 2 hours to try and clean the place so got to bed at 1am. They refused to give me a refund for my first night or any form of compensation. If I had arrived earlier rather than the middle of the night I would have left straight away.
