DEThe location. It’s connecting with a big shopping center.
Very disappointing. AC didn’t work properly even though the accommodation said that they fixed it. And we have to checked out at night because they couldn’t find the best solution, they said that they couldn’t send the technicians because it’s outside their office hours, the technicians will come to the unit the next morning at 10am. We’re simply couldn’t sleep in a hot room, mind you the unit is in the highest floor of the building (floor 36) and Jakarta has a warm weather. I booked the unit for 4 nights and we only stayed for 1 night because of this problem and I only get a refund for 1 night. The unit was also dirty.

several things in the apartment hasn’t been well maintained. for example, the wall paper in the main bedroom has come loose, you can see the cheap quality of the furniture there. aircondition in the bedroom didn‘t work well.
AUunit attached to big shopping centre and have a good size of swimming pool and gym.
AC’s are leaking. TV inside the bedroom is not connected it.
