Lovely bungalow on the beach, great staff

Building work right next door. However the staff and management tried to do all they could to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum

Location away from noisy scooters

Maybe have a sign that says “No drones” to discourage the stupid influencers from interfering with the peace

Really calm location just outside the towncentre (5min on scooter). We really enjoyed the bungalow (plenty of space) and the beach with the calm see in front. Perfect getaway for a small family

Cute villa, great with Agung Restaurant next door and use of pool and food & beverage close. Air con works great downstairs and very comfortable bed

Needs a bigger fan or air con upstairs gets hot and needs something to blow the flies away .. they are very bad as it’s so still or provide something to burn or spray to keep them away . Balcony railing needs to be much higher I’d say villa not suitable for young children

No breakfast included, but in the nearby restaurant it was good

We had the nightmare in the nights, due to smell and smoke from a nearby landfill. Due to the open upper level (veranda), it made the nights sleepless, and it took away our enjoyment of the time spent there. Alsp the problems with the wi-fi there (and the LTE as well).

Great facility spacious and clean.

The sea recedes and you don’t get the nice private beach moment during the day, there was also a lot of sea weeds which did not smell so pleasant. The beach was not so clean and the sand had sharp rocks or something. The location is not the best, far from the shops and restaurants.

Peaceful, tranquil location. A scooter is necessary to get around, and prevents angry dogs from barking at you on your way home at night. Close to warungs which offer delicious grilled food, and the resto next door has a pool which is nicer than swimming out the front. Lovely views of Mt. Agung on the mainland, and many boats cruising by. We appreciated having two water bottles placed in the fridge every day.

Smog from the nearby open-air tip entered our bedroom through the air-conditioning unit mounted outside. It was a disgusting way to wake up, to the smell of melting plastic.

Located just in front of the best spot for snorkeling in Lembongan : Mangrove point.

We paid more via Booking than we would have if we booked directly with the property.
