The pool area is pretty good, there were only 3 very hard lounges and one beanbag but there was never very many people poolside so not too much of a problem. The location is pretty good too, right near the beach. It would be good if there was somewhere you could rinse off your feet after the beach, it would help keep the rooms cleaner.

Noisy neighbours, the walls are thin, it sounded like they were in my room. Also the nightclubs are pretty noisy and go pretty late, nothing they can do about it at the DAMAI but I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. The rooms are not cleaned at all, I was there 4 nights and no one came in to change towels or sheets.

Great location and nice comfortable rooms. The staff where super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property, pool, room, bathroom

Hosts were really friendly and they had friendly cats on site. 5 min walk to the beech and had a nice pool. Felt clean however I don't believe the room is entered by staff during your stay. Our shower did flood the bathroom but it was an outdoor bathroom so wasn't that much of an issue. Overall lovely staff good walking location and nice first stop for us.

The staff were great and always helpful. A very relaxing place to stay with great food and coffee at the onsite restaurant Fortunata. There was some nigh club noise at night as you would expect near the beach at Canggu but ear plugs fixed that problem.

room had poor lighting and no Mirror in the bathroom. there was no reception but staff were quick to reply when messaged. Room wasn’t cleaned as we didn’t know we needed to pre request this. there wasn’t enough seating by the pool. otherwise it was a really good stay!
