"this will be a great place once the mrt is finished."

this is a comfortable apartment located in china town. there is a good pool and a good gym. there is an indomart downstairs and also in the bulding is a small mall, in china town there are many things to buy including fresh vegetables.

the traffic is terible due to mrt construction
