Stay Barrow Blueway - The Stables

The property was fantastic. It was clean, cosy and comfortable and the grounds are well maintained. Lisa the host was very lovely and Im glad we got to meet her, she was never more than a phone call away if we needed help with anything and she was very accommodating and gave us great tips about the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the property and if there was any issues I'm sure the host would've dealt with them swiftly.

What's not to love? This place has so much charm and is so nicely done--beautiful old stable renovated into a guest house with all the essentials--clean, comfortable, quite nice.

The only issue I encountered was that, on a very warm day, the upstairs is really hot, even with the provided fan running nonstop. There really needs to be a window that can open to let out some of that accumulated heat. Otherwise, the place is just lovely.

Property was lovely it was stunning

Bed was very uncomfortable and got no sleep, blinds weren’t great everyone can see in and the stable across could even see in our window, not enough blinds especially when trying to sleep in the morning, also no couch to sit on to relax to watch tv only 2 stools, also no parking so was nervous leaving my car down a road away from me, other than that place was lovely

It would be more comfortable if there were air conditioning for sleeping in the loft.

Great bathroom. Home made scones a lovely touch.

Toilet had floor to ceiling windows looking straight into neighbouring property. Roof very low on stairs and bedroom.

High standard of accommodation with attention to detail. The hosts were very focused on satisfying our requirements to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.
