Zepher Apartment

Wonderful view. Very good facilities. Easy to travel to areas of interest.

Excellent Cleaniness, everything you need in the apartment was thought for, homely stay. Well equipped and managed apartment. Very near beaches, so quite good location. Very spacious and infact better than most hotel stays in neighbouring areas.

Very happy with the stay and good example of Irish welcome. I liked everything in the apartment, so nothing I can complaint off. Can't fault anything

The location is perfect for access to Doolin (walking =15-20 minutes/driving=5 minutes) and all other areas in this part of County Clare including the Cliffs of Moher, walking trails, the Aran Islands and other small nearby cities like Ennis. The "local" road down to Doolin is directly across the street from the Zepher Apartment. It is downhill going into Doolin and uphill (steep) returning. The apartment has a gorgeous view of the North Atlantic seacoast because it is perched on the hill above Doolin and the Aran Island Ferry Dock. (That is 2km from Doolin itself). The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, i.e. microwave, refrigerator, TV (w/Netflix), breakfast area that offers a stunning view of the North Atlantic, a huge king size bed with a warm duvet, washer/dryer. We took a CityLink bus from Dublin airport to Galway where we picked up a rental car from Budget in Eyre Square (a 5 minute walk from the bus station). We then drove down to the Zepher Apartment. If you don't want/need to have a car, there is also a local bus---Bus Eirann---that leaves from the bus station and goes to the Cliffs of Moher that would drop you---on request---at the Doonagore Crossing---which is right in front of the apartment!! You can pre-book these buses on-line; just a heads up---Bus Eirann only takes cash IF you didn't pre-book. We pre-booked the CityLink from the airport and back so it wasn't an issue. We walked to the Cliffs of Moher from the Doolin Cliffs of Moher Walking Trail trailhead---then---decided to take the bus back---which was about 3 euro cash per person. Again---by request---the bus will drop you at the Doonagore Crossing---right in front of the Zepher. BTW---the trailhead is clearly marked about 3/4 of the way down the "local" road into Doolin from the Zepher. Again, very convenient. Liz is a great host! Contact was always quick and helpful.

I really can't think of one thing we didn't like about the Zepher Apartment.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a short stay, also a small garden which our Dog enjoyed.

Liz was so welcoming and had everything we needed in advance prepared. Really good quality and great location. Pet friendly too!

This was the second time we have stayed here and already looking forward to returning again. apartment was very clean, very comfortable (my partner says it is the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in). location was perfect, we wanted somewhere private away from the lights of the town to enjoy the night sky but also within walking distance to the local pub. the walk might be too much for some but I actually enjoyed the walk, roughly 25min. the host kindly left high viz vests and a torch to help with this. our host Liz was very nice and made it clear she was available to contact if we needed anything. this wasn’t necessary as she had left all the information we could possibly need on hand. overall we had an amazing time and will be returning whenever the opportunity arises again.

This is our second time here , very peaceful lovely and clean and great location, Liz and Liam are very helpful and friendly.
