Lovely central and spacious apartment

Great location and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Nice views. We were super close to the bars and the heart of Galway, this is a great choice for staying if you don’t have a lot of time in the city because you are within walking distance to almost everything. Would stay again.

The pillows were flat and we only had one each. The property didn’t give us enough toilet paper for 8 people so we had to buy our own. There was no hand soap. We ran out of hot water on the second day by midmorning. It was okay, but if there is limited hot water, it would have been nice to know in advance. Also the door was difficult to lock and unlock and we required assistance from the host (who was fast to reply).

The location was absolutely perfect, we were 5 lads heading to Galway for the rugby and the accommodation was spot on for us. Don’t get me wrong there are a few things wrong with the apartment but for the cost and the location it was superb. Myself and my friends would happily return to this accommodation. Thanks for a great weekend.

For a boys weekend the accommodation was great for us.

I booked this property as I invited family to stay with us for a short break so that we could go to the christmas markets and enjoy a few days. I am writing this as I have given every opportunity to the owner. At 7pm the evening before arrival I had to ring the owner/host as I heard nothing. I read the reviews and thought I’ll give it a chance as a lot of the issues were stuff that could be rectified and surely they would repair and listen to the guests which they never did.. To say I was embarrassed was an understatement. This place is NOT as advertised. Faulty equipment. Live wires sticking out which was dangerous to kids. Place was dirty. Handles hanging off doors. Mould was bad on all windows. Smoke alarms not working as batteries taken out and mains had no power to it. Even tough when I said to the owner about the alarms he said” they are all new and just fitted” to which I replied no they are not and I have pictures if you would like me to send on.. He never asked for them as he knew. I turned on the cooker to make pizza for the kids and it started smoking really bad as it was dirty with food inside so we ordered a take away hence why I mentioned the smoke alarms. There was Food and makeup under the sofa as kids dropped the remote. There’s no where to put the rubbish after its full. The Wi-Fi kept was not available upstairs only in main kitchen/living room. I notified the owner about all the issues who replied he was there before we arrived and everything was ok and to give him 2 weeks to investigate and I am still waiting 5 weeks later so this is why I didn’t write this at the time and doing it now. He stated he was there before we arrived just showed me he didn’t care and it’s all about money. Be careful as there is no checkup visits to the property’s so the websites believe the pictures etc what is shown and on paper. This property is more a stag property and don’t even ask about the sheets . BIG HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES..

Comfy beds. Location was amazing- so handy.

Noisy building.

It was quite close to the city centre and Christmas market. Right in the heart of Galway.

The house wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. It was quite dirty. Both showers were either boiling hot or freezing cold.
