"Great location. Need to spend money on interior furnishings and amenities."

Location was very convenient.

Furnished poorly. No bed side lamps. Linens were threadbare and mismatched. Seemed as if it was furnished at a used furniture store. Kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet seats were all loose and in need of repair. Terrace in front of unit was littered with trash and cigarette butts.
