When my brother in law arrived ,( at eleven at night), he couldn't access apartment as key code mechanism was broken. It took a few hours to get an employee of Shoreline to come and try to fix it...he managed to unlock door....however, my brother in law couldn't lock door from inside ....he was very nervous sleeping there that night with the door unlocked and the following day, he had no choice but to leave the apartment unlocked when he left for the day( leaving his possessions unprotected inside).They fixed it during the day. I contacted Shoreline via email, requesting a refund of some of their rental fee in order to compensate for the upset and inconvenience caused....they didn't even reply. I find this very very disappointing and not good business practice.
