The Burren Snug

Very nice, clean, and well maintained. There is a double bed and a single bed upstairs, which was a bonus for the three of us. The house is much better than it appears in the photos on the website.

The barbecue was old, dirty, and not functioning properly. We were unable to use it, even though Michelle kindly provided a gas cylinder, as it still did not work.

It’s extremely cute and cozy and has everything you need ! The hosts have thought of every detail to make it an enjoyable stay and it shows!

Very clean, just a few spiderwebs in the bathroom and some dirt in the kitchen but totally understandable.

Location is great for exploring the local area, including Galway & the Cliffs of Moher. Kitchen facilities well stocked. Comfortable bed. Snug is as pictured.

Considering the time of year stayed (Feb) and the only source of heating being the log burner (the one radiator did not generate any meaningful amount of heat), we would have appreciated logs being provided for the duration of the stay. We understand a one basket policy if the fire was not the main source of heat, however, without having the fire on, the Snug was too cold - especially the bathroom and upstairs. There was no lighter provided - this was a mistake which is understandable but not convenient given the length of drive to a nearby shop. The WiFi password does not work.
