The location

The dirty bed clothes The dirty duvets The duvets didnt fit The internet didnt work on the 2nd day The tatty beds The terrible mattresses The tap that leaked in the bathroom then ran onto the floor and made it slippy ,and fell before we realised what happened or where it was coming from.

Location was excellent

Beds were very uncomfortable, bed linen was stained and very poorly put on. Only 2 toilet rolls for a family of 6.

Halen was very punctional upon giving and taking back the keys, apartment was comfortable and very warm and all the utilities and condiments expected were there.
