2Bedroomed apartment on first floor with balcony

Spacious comfortable apartment, easy to find, easy check in instructions, 2 bathrooms was a plus. Tea, coffee, toiletries provided. Beds comfortable.

Iron was missing but that was only a small thing.

Quiet area. Enough space for 4. 2 bathrooms. Dishwasher. Walkable distance into Kenmare

No real issues other than the tap in the kitchen sink was faulty.

We liked it was two bedrooms and a separate living space. It was close to town.

The washer/dryer combo didn’t dry. We really needed that.

Location is great. Nice walk into town. Getting the keys from the lock box worked well. Very spacious place and there was tea in the cabinet! Having two bedrooms and two baths was a wonderful luxury during our two week trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean and up to date.

Had trouble figuring out the hot water heater. Had to use internet and neighbors for help. Also clothes didn’t come out of the dryer fully dry but maybe I didn’t use the machine correctly. More instructions would have helped.

Nice clean apartment. Location turned out to be surprisingly good. It was away from any city noise, neighbors were mostly quiet, and it was an 10 minute walk to downtown Kenmare - 5 minutes to a convenience store. TIP... There IS a sidewalk connecting this neighborhood to the neighborhood just south of it (see photo). This turns a 20 minute walk into a 10 minute walk.

The all-in-one clothes washer/dryer did not dry (Do ANY of these all-in-ones actually get clothes dry?) Television received no signals at all. Bring your own Netflix account or whatever. The balcony was too small to be very useful, and just looked over the front parking lot. Parking is in back - behind a the next-door building - no big deal.

Good location. Ten minute walk into town

The balcony was dirty so not usable even had the weather been ok.

Comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Safe, easy footpaths to walk into town. Quiet location
