Mary’s Cottage

The views from the bedrooms took our breath away. The kitchen had everything we needed (though some cooking oil would’ve been nice). The kids loved exploring the garden with all its plants and frogs, and we loved the barbecue. The town is great and pretty accessible (only a short stint of walking on the road, and then pavements the rest of the way). Loads of good shops, public art and places to eat – be sure to check out the sculpture trail and the playground! OSheas had some great music and St Michael’s has some good stained glass as well. About half hour down the road to the Derrynane beach if you find some sun. All around a lovely spot.

Had to clean the barbecue, but it wasn’t too difficult.

The quietness and views

The kindness of Evert and Joyce, the gorgeous garden, the comfort of the cottage, the absolute beauty of the cost, the friendly attitude of Irish people and also the position of the Mary's Cottage, close to the pitoresque village of Sneem, made our 15 yourney unforgettable. Higly recommended and thank you again!

Super clean and amazing facilities. shower wonderful.

Plenty of space. Warm. Good shower. Great view. In walking distance of Sneem pubs and shops.

Only minor quibble was the curious absence of both a teapot and coffee facility!

Very clean and comfortable and close to amenities.

No TV in the rooms. And very close to a sharp bend. It was scary driving out. Cars were in so much speed at the bend in front of the house.

Excellent location

Door lock need to be looked at. Only one entrance and exit. Very hard to open with key needs to be fixed

Great location, just at the edge of Sneem, about 5 minutes walk to restaurants, pub, shop
