Location in town and so very good access to shops restaurants- walking. Facilities and comfort were great especially in the wintery wet season

WiFi didn't work, but there were exceptional circumstances. It can be busy on a Saturday night- late, as it is in the centre of the town.

The cleanness of the place. Location near points of interest

1. Non-smoking, but on the site not mentioned that even on the small balcony this is not allowed .The tone of the voice when told that we cannot use the balcony was unpleasant 2. Same entry it is a clinic running 3. We were awake on Sunday very early by the doors closed very noisingly 4. There is a bar just adjacent to the entry in the apartment- lots of noise at night, even fights.

This is a great place to stay, right in the centre of Clonakilty close to shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well equipped and there was tea and coffee provided.

There is no outdoor area which didn't bother us as we explored the many beaches and forest areas that West Cork has to offer. Free parking is 5 minutes down the road.

Everything was fantastic,the property was so clean and tidy,the location excellent reely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend,definitely will return again hopefully.our host was very nice to deal with from start to finish lovely person.
